Allowance between 2tanks

Hi. I need some help from those bros here with 2tier rack tank. I going to order my tank soon. How much allowance do i need to leave between the rack and tank.? Is 6inches allowance enough for me to clean my tank and etc?

I intend to do a iwagumi landscape.. Then how much allowance do I need? the total allowance space I have only 23". So now decide wat tank height should i order.

You need to get allowance for your rocks. Normally your main rock will be roughly 70-80% of your tank height. You might be able to slot in horizontally, depending on the rocks.
