The tips of my Java Ferns are transparent.

Is it due to some nutrient deficiencies?

    Thanks.

new and young leaves typically have this transluscent tip, which turns green when the leaf reaches its full size.

I can't be sure, but it seems to be normal. Usually means the leaf is still growing.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Aquatic plant growers preferred to grow plants in emerged form in hydroponic benches or tables with nutrients for the root systems to push-up the growth. Weekly they sprayed pesticide and fungicide. When aquarist bought these plants like microsorium, crypt, echino and etc, young new leaves will change their characteristic when planted in submerse form.
