Try using a lower flow rate filter that is around 3X your aquarium volume and let the outlet point horizontally.

The outlet has to point horizontally if not you CO2 will be wasted.
If all your fishes seems to be "blown away" likely, your filter is too powerful for your tank size.
If filter is too powerful, water may be moving too fast through the filter for any bacteria activity to be effective
Either go buy a less powerful filter, or if you insist on using this filter, try connecting the outlet to a reactor, then point the reactor outlet more towards you tank front glass, water will be divert this way and your fishes may not be "blown away" so much

just point it to a log or something, in time it will clog with bacteria slow down too.

I am using the DIY CO2 and the pressure from the power filter is too much for my DIY CO2 to take, and in the end, the water from the tank flow into the bottles, flooding them.
Now my 3 ball CO2 Reactor is sitting there. Thinking of getting a difuser. Any1 want to buy my 3 ball CO2 Reactor?
i just took a close look @ my power filter!!
it's 6 times of my fish tank!!
mine is about 250 litres!!
oh my god!!!
Try to NOT connect the bottom cap of the reactor properly.
In other works, stuck it!
Mine works this way and it does not "burst" when stuck

what do u mean? stuck? blocked the bottom cap with?
stuck as in, the edges of the cylinder body are not parallel with the cap's edges..
oh...........now i know what do u mean by stuck..........
but how does it help to reduce output flow from the co2 reactor?.........can't imagine..........
It does not reduce output flow,
It just keeps the reactor cap from "bursting out"
