Recently I got 2 CRS crawled out of my tank and died. 2 months back also got 2 dead. I read from previous posts that most probably is due to huge amount of water change? Is this true? Plus they always escaped from the place where I put my skimmer and air pipe. Sad to see dried hei bi. Hope someone would enlighten me. Thanks

A sign of stress to the shrimps. It is usually occured after a WC due to huge variation in water parameters.
Tnis may cause the shrimp to molt in a day or 2. Sometime, this would result in having a pregnant shrimp.
To many people, they might think it is a good sign, but not for me. A premature or forced molting, shrimp might not last long.

Hugh wc that causes too drastically changes in water like what Xmant refers to.

    Did you?
Or a newly set up tank without proper cycle might also have this problem.
