it was first introduced as golden eye here if i'm not wrong. then the orange eye term started to be used in shrimpnow...Oh not exactly the shrimp person. But the least can tell its a short form. So rather then guessing asking is better

a trend i can see, asain = golden eye, others = orange eye. Maybe we think that golden is more auspicious.
