I have lots of shrimplets which look like this but strips are brown , think their parents are chocolate mix tiger. Mine look ugly ....
Chocolate shrimps and tiger shrimps don't cross...

in my opinion red tiger are tigers that have red stripes , they can come from tiger x red bee/crystal or caught from wild with fascinating red stripes......

Share this on a same note I've previously put tigers into Crs tank have breed a few batches. Latest batch manage to see some offspring with red strip but i consider them cull because of their strip.

Red tiger doesn't look like this. The stripes and color are more well defined. You can check my thread to have a look.
