How big is the tank by the way?

And culprit could be anyone so it is possible its the platy, even if you put purely guppies they will from time to time will nip each other fins. Providing ample swimming space helps. Not heard nip till death yet though. But if the tank is small and there's a lot of fish, then ya, they tend to turn a bit more aggresive. Just like you and I. We all need our personal space.

    Re: Rumy nose attacked!

From my observations when I first had guppies and neon tetras, my tetras probably died because of water condition since I didn't cycle the tank prior. But their corpses usually incomplete. I'd suspected the guppies but the lfs guy told me it's not... Anyway stopped getting guppies since.

Today another victim. My golden guppy partial tail gone, too much for him and is dead.
Another red guppy partial lost but seems still strong.
My tank is 41liters (33x26x41h) all in cm
    Too small?

Another neon died. Several guppies tails missing. All my danios has some tail parts missing! Only platy and neon all ok. I will take out platy tonight.

I would think the tank is too small for all the fish you have, but that also depends on the filtration you have.
    What filter do you use?

    By the way, 33x26x41cm = 41 litres ?

Platys might be a bit more on the aggressive side when underfed. Or rather all within the tank will turn aggressive if you don't really give them enough food.
Fish keeping is not a good hobby unless you received support from your family to keep them.

    Re: Rumy nose attacked!

Ya I think I under feed. Cos many readings say is better to under feed than over feed. But today I decided to keep the platy there and feed them more. I give till I see some left overs then stop. Just checked they seems ok.
First time I see my guppy delivering fries! Dame exciting and I thought all fish lay eggs! When I tried to pick up fries into another tank all eaten!
Thanks for all the advice will update again.

I would say definitely overcrowded tank. 30 fish in a 40litres tank is too much. Even if the filtration is ok your fish will not have room to swim

    Re: Rumy nose attacked!

In the case of overcrowding your fish might get territorial and start fighting one anoyhet
