Hello guys! I am currently using a 60 Gal tank with sand base home to

5 Congo Tetras,
12 Corys
5 Balloon Tetras
2 Electric Balloon Ram
2 Small-Med Angels (7 cm)
1 Albino Algae eater

Now looking to starting a small 1 ft shrimp tank. Anyone knows what are they key equipment that i need? E.g. CO2 tank.

And also what plants should i get? Sand or Soil base?
