Re: iPhone Lens Attachment on my new Family Member

Well said bro! As long as we preserve, we will eventually achieve the results we expected to see. That's why i keep looking out for nice shrimps.
Along the way of getting my ideal water parameters of PH: 6.0, GH: 4, TDS: 170, i experienced some shrimps sudden death due to sudden changes to the water parameters.
I was about to give up.. but the photos posted here from bros bai, goody, newlife....etc.. motivated me to keep on trying.. Thanks for the encouragement you guys had given me.

Oh? then those shrimps that you kept on selling were shipped in from Taiwan to sell here in this forum? I thought they were bred by you, since you showed your rack and such. Didn't realise that you were just flipping them here. So sorry...

I think it's just about how you did not mention clearly in your sales threads that the kk that you are selling is bought from Taiwan and you are selling for a profit lo. Making profits from kk bought for Taiwan isn't something to ashamed of or a taboo what. You have to make $$ in order for this hobby to be continued.

On top of this, maybe it's because probably that tw shrimps that you are showcasing in yours threads are all adults. Show a picture of shrimplets just like bro bai will instantly make bro cheetf eat his words what.

All you need to do is to state in your threads that the one you are selling are bought from Taiwan and that will probably save you alot of trouble from all these flaming in your threads.

Just my humble 2 cent worth of opinion, not standing on any side nor this comment comes with any hidden agendas since I don't sell shrimps anymore.

"Flipping (Buying and Quick Re-selling for Profit) is NOT allowed.

Flipping is the buying, or obtaining for free, used goods with the intention to quickly re-sell them for profit. It does not matter whether the goods are bought from Aquatic Quotient members and flipped elsewhere, or the goods bought elsewhere are flipped on Aquatic Quotient.

We provide the marketplace forums as a convenience for well-meaning members to sell at a reasonable price, or give away, their unwanted items to other members with genuine need for the items. And also for members with budget constrains to get items they need at budget prices. We feel no one should take advantage of members' good intentions or needs to turn a quick profit."

    Quoted from the marketplace rules.

Haiz, from your reply once again you do not want to answer directly to the question and doubt involved in you. Whether the person is targeting you or the incident. Why don't you explain the first so that the person targeting you won't have anymore to target you anymore. If you choose to push the blame aside again and decide to push it off by saying that the person is targeting you personally. The matter won't be solved and he will continue to target you. Other pals who are reading this thread will also feel that you are not giving them an assured answer.

If from now on you state in every thread of yours by saying the shrimps are from Taiwan and you are selling them for a little profit for all the hassle, I don't think cheetf will or can bother in your threads.

I had something against you in the past before regarding similar issue, however I'm definitely not trying to take this chance to score on you. Just wanting to point out things that you may have missed explaining and continue to enjoy this hobby.

    To do as instructed...

This is the compartment where I only hold my berried MaMa

This is the favourite hang out area of the shrimplets

    Shrimplets picture

    Black kk shrimplets

    Wine Red Panda Shrimplets

    Mixture of wr panda/bkk/bb shrimplets

    Additional things to share...
A separation of shrimplets from the main tank will also increase the survival rate of the shrimplets.
Reason due to when male shrimp mate...they are more aggressive. And rushing around...which might accidentally hurt and injure the shrimplets.
Some catch the shrimplets into a compartment...
Some catch the berried female into the compartment to hatch. And release back after hatch...

Like that can already what. No more flaming next time already.

Just state clearly in whatever you are going to do to avoid all this trouble.

On a side note, the shrimplets are very little indeed. Hope you will be breeding them more successfully..

    As requested is shrimplets mah...

The previous batch is around 0.5-0.8cm..
If want picture then I take again.

For my point...forum is to post shrimp that is big enough for sharing.
But the logic of posting shrimplets picture to proof is kinda funny.

Have any forum show shrimplets photos???
    Forum to share nice picture...
Or to show picture to proof as to pass certain criteria so that I can be safe.
    Funny?

More over....in market place...am I the only one selling?
But why am I always the one being poke? Not personal? No politic? Not grouping?
    I really don't know...

And no matter how people poke or pick...I have answer in a polite way..swallow swallow swallow...taking it as a casual comment...
Zack: You know my tone and my way of talking is harmless.

    Anyway...I'm done to satisfy some...
Is there any more proof needed...do let me know.

Hi newlife, yours shrimps are beautifull...heheheheh the blueish tiger can be turn to royal blue tiger......hehehe
@all who argue in these theard
For the taiwan bee here, i think all the seller in marketplace in AQ who sell TB in large quantiti not breed by themselves. But i think its okay, if there are no one buy them from outside (eg.taiwan) there will be no one in sing try to keep TB. For me , i have throw a lot of money since the first i keep them. They was very expensive not like now, they are cheap. So to have a good genes of TB around hobiis in singapore, many hobiis shoul try to keep them and make them from diffrent genes shrimps. then you people can exchange one another.
Why i said like that? Because its quite imposibble to mass produce lot of TB from hobiis because to produce TB that have big percentage to reach minimum size of 1,2cm need Genes shrimps. Which genes shrimps produce waste(not TB but normal bee shrimps) and TB itself. The breeder of TB always breed them via genes shrimps.
Its a bit complicated to explain why the shrimplets TB x TB have a litlle survival rates than TB comes from Genes shrimps x genes shrimps.... I think its because the TB gene is not strong enough. Hehehehehe
So you have a lot of tanks and a lot of works to do in addtion to mass breed them by yourself (one person) but it can be more easier if many hobiis share one another.

In my opinion, there will be no one selling TB for hobiis in AQ if they have to breed it themselves NOW.

    Cheers happy shrimpkeeping....

I cannot speak for everyone but I can speak for myself and the breeders I know, we use KK (or you like to call them TB) x KK. The first generation were weak and after few generation of KK x KK, their health became strong and their color is better. And that may explain why some mass imported KK are bad in color, that's because of poor crossing using gene shrimps.

I need to correct your statement, for me, I do breed KK and I sell those I bred. For me I bred without genes shrimps and they are doing well.

I can say, most of the import has quality and health problem, as it is evident so many imports and so many sales in AQ and yet no one is able to show adult KK and pregnant female and not even to show them as in a group picture.

Do you mean those sellings KK in AQ are mass importor from Taiwan? Why are they delcared as local breed in sales thread? Is it false claim and mislead buyers?

I agree with Bai. Bought some single stripe KK from him the last time. In the end, the offsprings all turn out to be KK panda. Out of which, 1 or 2 surprise me by giving me a half hino ^^
