And that may explain why some mass imported KK are bad in color, that's because of poor crossing using gene shrimps.

I need to correct your statement, for me, I do breed KK and I sell those I bred. For me I bred without genes shrimps and they are doing well.

I can say, most of the import has quality and health problem, as it is evident so many imports and so many sales in AQ and yet no one is able to show adult KK and pregnant female and not even to show them as in a group picture.

Do you mean those sellings KK in AQ are mass importor from Taiwan? Why are they delcared as local breed in sales thread? Is it false claim and mislead buyers?
i said seller who sell TB in large quantiti, thats my sight if i wrong im sorry.

you said that " The first generation were weak and after few generation of KK x KK, their health became strong and their color is better"
if the first generation is weak, how you can breed the next generation? if they were weak they won't be large colony that survive to adults size. So how many of First Generation KK have you produce to make the next generation that you say they are stronger and have nice colour.

Yes i do aggre many people cannot show them feeding frenzy, as the statement, you can are you?
Im not flaming here, what i said before is because i see some reply in these theard think thats wrong to sell TB without breeding themselves. In my experience TB is harder to breed than other caridina spesies like PRL coomon bee shrimps and tigers......

Bro dake, if you think that bro bai cannot show you a feeding frenzy of kk or pandas or tb, then you are not paying attention to his threads man. Haha, as I'm typing using my phone, I cannot give you a link on his thread. Just search for his previous thread dated maybe last year and you will find out about it.
Btw, if I remember correctly, only bro bai, sigma and soonhong manage to breed kk x kk successfully in larger quantity in Singapore. If anyone out there disagree with me, feel free to post a setup to prove me wrong.
Bro dake, you cannot achieve mass breeding with only kk population, doesn't mean others cannot too and hope you don't pass off a sweeping statement across the board. (bro bai might have been offended by your sweeping statement regarding your saying "all kk sellers in aq are generally selling kk bought from Taiwan" and "kk are kept in a tank with gene shrimps in singapore" (I summarized your posts intention based on what I interpreted) and that might be the reason he felt the need to clarify himself and other breeders who bred their own using kk x kk only population. no offense intended.

    Furthermore, few points to clarify:
1: we are not allowed in this forum to flip shrimps bought from Taiwan for a profit. It's stated in the aq rules for a fact. It is WRONG no matter what reasons given. If you are defending by saying that it's for the shrimp community's good, then ask the seller to register a merchant's account and continue?

    2. As you stated that the flipping of the shrimps benefitted the whole shrimping hobbyists in general in Singapore, and is welcomed by hobbyists here, then states the sales thread properly by stating that the shrimps sold are bought from taiwan and not declaring that it is self bred/self grown in the various sales threads.

As shrimps are not an unique piece by itself, it is very hard for aq moderators to really carry out investigations for each flipping case. Thus, it's tw buyers' integrity in dealing with their sale threads and shrimps.

    My humble opinion given.

Lastly, since this thread is bro NL's thread, let's not divert from our topic of chow casing nice shrimp pictures taken using the phone len attachment.

No tb/kk to show, so show a juvenile crs taken using iPhone macro lens.

Gmarket and Dealextreme also seels this phone lens attachment. You need to coax your shrimps close to the glass wall to properly get them in focus.
You can just place a peice of wafer at the glass edge for the shrimps to feed
