Red and white shrimps you are saying are CRS (Crystal Red Shrimp)? 20x20x20cm is a little small.. Every water change or any changes in the tank will cause a huge change in parameter.. And they require chilled water to grow better in my opinion..

For shrimps, it will be better if the tank is bigger so that during water change, the water parameter won't be affected to a great extend..

It will be a challenge to keep shrimps though..
