    Hello experts. . .

    May I ask is it ok to use the normal overhead filter/pump for a 2ft shrimp tank?

    Something like this. . .motor outside not underwater type. . .

    will the flowrate be too strong?

    Please help. . .

    you can cover the inlet with some sponge filter, and try to disperse the outlet water flow evenly. but 1 disadvantage is that you can't connect up a chiller with this ohf i think.

    Yup, will cover the input with sponge or fine net.

    ya hor. . .No chiller input. . . Tink maybe set it for hardy shrimps is better. .

    Too 2pig, never tink of chiller. . .

    can put however your inlet need cover with sponge.
