I have read and heard many reviews about keeping either high or low flow rate in your tank. Can any bros here comment or give some experiences with regards to this?

From what i notice, when i adjust to a low flow rate, there will be hydras, but when i adjust to a high flow rate, there wouldn't be any hydras.

    Any advise or comments?

my opinion is that hydras must come from somewhere..they won't sprout out from nothing..so high or low flowrate does not really have much effect on the existance of hydras?
    Aspiring to be.

Actually flow rate don't matter hydras is see what do you put in your tank.usually plants. For me my plants are all from fellow aq users and I'm very happy as there is zero hydras. And for me I will use highflow rate then rain bar it so tank won't tornado.
