co2 set for 1 feet tank?

I would like to get a manual regulated tank for a 1 feet tank. My concern is, will it be able to achieve say 1 bubble for 5 second? will its bubble count be consistent? Will there be any associated problem? Thanx

1 bubble per 5 sec is quite hard to achieve for manual gauge

easier way is to get a copper needlevalve attachment
