    Looking at the long fin, it should be in the Gourami family? Dwarf Gourami or Paradise Fish? You can google their images and compare.

    It's definitely a gourami, probably a banded gourami (Trichogaster fasciata) or thick-lipped gourami (Trichogaster labiosa). Both are slightly larger relatives of the dwarf gourami.
    Small is beautiful.
