HI all,
I recently got myself into aquarium again with a 2-ft bow-front 130 litres tank. The last time I had a tank was in the early 80s. Then, people are only interested in arrowanas and gold fish. Aquatic plants are well, just plants. moss only existed in the ponds, unwanted. It is amazing of the variety and the kind of appreciation for all kinds of aquatic fauna and flora, from mosses, to cory, to shrimp,etc now.
My tank is now 5 weeks old. It's planted with a assortment of plants (from swords , to baby tears, to nanas and java moss). I also have tetras, loaches, amanos, guppies and beta. Kind of re-living my child-hood hobby now but with a far-bigger assortment of plants and fishes. Guess I am still experimenting with the different plants, fishes and shrimps to know what works, what don't and more importantly what I like.
This forum is fantastic but I am struggling to find the right information.
