Placement of equipment in tank

Hi all,
I would like to seek your opinion on the following.

I use a co2 atomiser. Do I place this near my 2217 intake to try to induce the bubbles into the intake or I place near output of filter or place it somewhere else isolated from intake/output? My purpose is to maximise co2 absorbtion in the water column.

Secondly, I place a airstone in tank to generate some oxygen and movement. I place near the co2 atomiser. Does that defeat the purpose and simply dissipate my co2 faster so I have less co2 in my tank?

Air stone: pump air from its surroundings. (air is mixed has o2 as well as co2 and others)

Atomizer: pure co2 only

Both are being absorbed at the same time.
If there is alot of fauna, yes but not at the same time.

So that means no issue to squeeze airstone, filter intake and atomiser side by side around a short distance range of 10cm?
