does anyone know what is the effect of running a UV light in planted tank non-stop?

Going to use it to control green-water algae and inhibit other types of algae spores. Also, I feed live daphnia to my apistos, so that I'm thinking of using it to kill off any nasty bacteria that comes along with the daphnia.

Not going to use it on the filter so it won't kill the beneficial bacteria in the filter.

However, does anyone know what is the long-term impact of running itspecifically in a planted tank? I know it's probably fine in a fish-only tank.

Wondering whether it does anything to the nutrients and impacts the plants negatively.
