Help!! Dying Parrots!!

Help me bro or sis,

What should I do??
My Blood Parrot Cichlids are dying!! And I noticed tiny white worms on the glass of the tank..


The Cichlids are lying at the bottom of the tank, looks lethargic.. On further inspection I found out that there are white stuffs on the body, eyes and gills of the cichlids.. It has been a few days, and 5 out of 23 cichlids have passed away
I do not want the rest to die... Help!!







I have attempted to treat them..
Medication according to manufacture dosage used are:
-Ocean Free Cichlid white spot, slime, velvet away (Dip Treatment)
-Seachem Paraguard (Dip Treatment)
-Baxter White Worms Away (Tank Treatment)
-Aquarium Salt (Tank + Dip Treatment)
-Putting heater in tank at 30 deg C

Previously, I have "nuked" the tank with a bleach wash to kill the worms but they came back!!

I have stopped feeding the cichlid for 4 days as they have no appetite for food..

I have not checked tank parameters.. I kept them for more than 1 year without any problems and have not been adding any new species, and an Outbreak just happened out of sudden..


Any kind bro and sis, please advise and help me, and my cichlids!!

maybe add some KTP leave can calm the fish down.

white worm are due to over feeding, just feed lesser can already.
