1) I have no experience with that soil you mentioned.
2) Shrimps I have no experience either. But its a sensitive topic. CRS/BDS whatever. Shrimpkeepers quarrel a lot on their equipments, their lineage, experience blah blah blah. A lot.
3) Trying to put it in a nice way, screw those magic dust you've mentioned. Hocus pocus. Plants grew same for my Gex and Amazonia. Personally, I used ADA Amazonia and then Profito for liquid fert. Malayan and Yamato looks okay but I'm not sure for those more expensive shrimps. (Can make chincalok)
By the way, if you do plants for shrimps, take note of the liquid ferts you dose. Something along the lines of shrimp don't like copper in their system. Excel makes them lethargic.
As I do not have any experience with the soil you mentioned, just add it in without any base ferts? Put your hardscape in. Cycle. Liquid fert...this one make sure to check the content or advice from other shrimp keepers with planted tanks. There are some nice shrimpkeepers in here.
