Nicely done. Like the new scape more.

Finally decided to revamp my messy 2ft tank.
Sorry for some of the the big size pictures, as i'm having a hard time resizing....
before
After
Some of the shrimps which will be transfer over once the 2ft tank is more stable. Currently, they are in my other tank
Hope they will get use to the new tank when they are being shifted over.

Nicely done. Like the new scape more.

Hi,
May I know what are those black stone-looking things at the tank bed???
Are they humic? or just stones...?
Thanks!
woa bbs,wrs,bkks....![]()
Aspiring to be.

Nice driftwood..The after effect looks neater=)

I used to put huge driftwood inside my tank and ended up seeing nothing except driftwood and moss..Haha..
So i ended up dividing it to smaller driftwoods and distribute among the partions, making it easier to view shrimps..

Hi blackdye, i don't use shells or chips.
Eheim 2028 filled with biohome and ceramic rings, while prefilter and a HOF 2042 are filled with ceramic rings.
Do a complete cyclying before introducing livestock is very important in ensuring survivor and breeding.
Also do not change or stir the soil or keep adding new stuff/plants for whatever reasons you might have unless really necessary.
I think there will be differnet practise from each hobbist. Different school different taughts...
Happy shrimping

I'm keeping gene and mixed shrimps in this tank. And hope to have a bigger population.
In the eariler messy tank, i used to have about 200+ mixed cherry/sakura/crs/bds/wr/bkk. Can spot the shrimps quite easily, but the planeria also increase in numbers.
Thus i want to clear up the moss/usf, control feeding, and remove dead shrimps easily

How many shrimps are there in this picture
Bro rolex, if got correct got prize? Hahaha..
Should be 4 shrimps ba...
