Worms in shrimp tank

My tank keep having worms inside. After I put those Mosura product. The worms start coming. Anyways to get rid of those worm?

Get an airtube and siphon them when you see them.

Most probably planaria. How big are the worms? thread like?

Most likely there's something rotting, (food, etc.) somewhere in the tank. Reduce feeding abit and they should go away.

Some of the lfs do sell a solution that u can add to your set up to get rid of planaria

I was told last time to feed less powder food.
