I have gotten the Aquazonic 5ft T5 light. When I try to dismantle it. I realize there is no ballast. Does T5 works without any ballast? Am I able to change to 6500k Osram tube when default is aquazonic 10000k tube?

Ya saw the ballast. But I Think I got the wrong new T5 tubes thinking that red mean 6500k. Can anyone advise how can I use these red tube? Can I mix 3 6500k tube with one red tube?
