First and foremost, We do not have a visible showroom/gallery that many have asked for. Working hard on it! Hope that we have a retail shop soon.
Business have been ongoing and doing well, thanks for giving your undying support to FB[Fishybusiness] Now, to take a step ahead as suggested by many:

Would like fellow hobbyist and experts to share their experience and concern so as to make our decision firm and solid.
We will be doing a survey for now & might consider sales of plants.
Appreciate the help from everyone. We would like to expand further our business to cater more for everyone.

Here are some questions that we have for you!

1) What plants would you like to see more in Singapore?
2) Which are the more popular plants/moss
3) Budget willing to spend on plants
4) Any recommendations to suggest for us?
5) Location of purchases? East/West/North/South? Or even through our own online store?
6) What quantity for each purchase?
7) Willingness to wait if plants are out of stock and requires ordering.

- offer conversion from emersed to submerged form after deposit & confirmation of order & mutually-agreed collection date
- provide high-quality plant with no snails/algae?
- provide detailed & comprehensive online catalogue with deployment examples?

- Too varied, i.e. what's the point of this question?

6) What quantity for each purchase?

- No comments; maybe avoid any minimum-pots-per-order conditions?

7) Willingness to wait if plants are out of stock and requires ordering.

- How about providing potential clients with reliable stocking availability? i.e. able to deliver n quantity of type x plant in m weeks?

In any case that we would be doing any distributionship of plants, we would probably locate a few LFS to be reseller at popular location, e.g west[C328] so as buyers need not travel too much to get it. That could also be a good option for us to sell and to distribute at the same time. We need to refine on ways like you mentioned in regards to question 4.

Roger, I believe that there are hobbyists who like anything mini, and there will be hobbyists who like the jumbo plants too. Maybe you can look to bringing in plant for tank with height like 1-2 feet like the echino family.

back to topic,,mature moss grow on a piece of wood would be nice (all type of moss species) , as some of us will like a ready grown moss for their set up

Or how about, the buyer provides his own piece of driftwood (or lava rock/whatever), & besides purchasing the moss, he receives the moss tied securely & nicely on his own piece of driftwood? I suppose you can charge a premium for the tying (provided the tying is of decent quality).

One suggestion. Those common plants we usually use, especially carpeting plants like HC, hairgrass etc, are sold in packages. Like if we buy 3/4pots , it will be cheaper than buying them individually.

if you have a retail shop, probably you can setup a DIY corner, where hobbyist can use the area to craft their works.
something like those Art&Craft shops, where they have corner/room for hobbyist and held lessons too.

provide the tools and materials if possible.

maybe charge it per usage or free usage if it's a paid member.

I did some diy myself and the problem I had is the availability of tools and materials.
I will buy it most of the time and usually I don't use up all the materials, especially paints. these things tend to sit around and ultimately go to waste (e.g. paint dried up). very wasteful.

so it will be nice if there is a place with the appropriate tools and the materials to diy an aquarium setup.

this is just my view from a hobbyist, probably it is not viable from a business perspective.

The quality is top notch and I wouldn't mind paying a premium for these plants. No rock wool is indeed marvelous.
