most likely too low the lights. with a 2ft height, the light cannot penetrate enough. That could be the reason why your plants are dying, not enough light to reach the bottom.
Hi All,
I have started the tank for a month but plant is not doing that great. I been adding JBL Ferropol and API Co2 booster. (No CO2 injector)
Found that my plant is growing but it does not look very "healthy", with some leaves are turning yellow and brown as below. There are also green algae growing on the driftwood and tank wall

To add on, recently i have dose Ocean Free White spot medicine to cure my tetra ICK issue
I suspecting it might be due to my Beamworks LED 1W X 42 pcs light is not enough for my plant. Can anyone help me confirm on this LED good enough ?
My setup are low tech plant so do not know my a/m light is good enough.
My Tank is 3 ft X 1.5 (width) X 2 ft height
Thank Thank !

i am using aquazonic intense brillance 27cm. each led is 1.5w, total 15.72 watt for my tank which is 20cm in height. it burnt the leaves of my fogbits off!

You mean frogbits melting?
