As the title suggests, i am wondering if this shrimp of mine died of natural death.
I found this when i come back from school one day and found that this shrimp (former HKT) changed its colour. It was later found that i actually died. it has been with me for around 1.5 year and was consider the last piece of the first batch that i have kept.

below is a picture taken at the sight of it.

    hahaha.

keep in mind that it is a Cystal red, not a tiger shrimp, although the pattern shown when it died was somewhat similar to those of a tiger shrimp. i have no idea why.

Haha! Do you have assassin snails in the tank? How come part of the shrimp looks eaten from inside?

leefker: hahaha.. your dead shrimp very old already?

Nav: hahaha. it died 1 month before this 7th month, so its still okay!

no assasin snail, i think that the flesh at the back melt instead of being eaten. if it is being eaten, they will usually eat the whole thing away. hahaha

I was referring to your typo that said "It was later found that i actually died.", meaning you're now posting as a hantu...

So strange that the left over pattern looks like a tiger shrimp. Its like as if it is a tiger shrimp disguised as HKT PRL

This will become "dead shrimp standing"

So a song ka for a shrimp, then burn it to ashes and put in test tube?

Re: Did this shrimp died because of natural death?

My experience is different, but it made me very guilty..
Had this one shrimp that was swimming, not very straight and kept diving down,
but as soon as i touched it with my chopstick it turn turtle, and i touched it lightly! or just in it's swim path...

Felt as though i killed it with the chopstick touch.... =(
