for my hospital tank, 3l, i change every 2-3 days 100%.
so far i have no problems.
may not be a good practice as it will stress the fishes with every water change.
for your pond, try changing the 30% water daily for next few days.
my tank is 10L...from the sound of it should not (so 10% everyday ?) ... all the wrong move...luckily the fishes still alive. now don't really know how to solve the 'fine salt' that is in the pond...sign []
