Sam Yick's pretty good planted tanks. I've seen a demo tank of theirs with lushly grown plants that runs on chiller at their Marine Parade outlet.

Yup, you're right, Foreground plants are HC and UG.

UG = Urticularia Graminifolia, also goes by the name chendol plant or dragon claw.
