Seachem Equilibrium or Seachem Flourish

What do you guy use for trace elements dosing? Seachem equilibrium or Seachem Flourish?

I read from Seachem website that Seachem Flourish seems to be the right product for micro and trace elements dosing. However, I was reading Tom Barr article and came across the following paragraph:

While trace mixes can be added, I decided to use SeaChem Equilibrium instead.
It has Fe and Mn as well as Ca/K/Mg/SO4.
I will add about 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gal tank once every week or two.
This greatly enhances the growth of the plants.
I also will add about 1/8" and 1/32" teaspoon of KNO3 and KH2PO4 respectively once a week or two.

Looking at the content of Seachem equilibrium, it has high level of Potassium, Magnesium as well as low level of Iron which are what required by plants. Also, if I were to use Seachem equilibrium, is it possible for me to remove Potassium Sulphate from my dosing regime?

Yes, if you use Equilibrium, you can drop K2SO4. My personal concern is that the high amount of calcium from Equilibrium will mess with my tank pH, so I alternate between equilibrium and K2SO4 fortnightly.
