goldfish dying. help....

My fantail goldfish has been very listless for a few weeks, it just lies at the bottom of the tank, not eating. Has what looks like internal bleeding near its fins

I found a small organism on it, which has this ring of skin around it.. how do u post a photo on this forum?? i took a photo of it

it looks like a shield, i think its a fish louse.. not sure.. called argulus?
its big enuf to be seen with nake eye

Those are parasites. If yours is really fish louse (do a search on google), take out your fish. hold it firmly on your hand. use a tweezer and pull out the parasite. It's hard and tight so use some strength. apply some antiseptic and put it back and calm it.

I got it before on my snakehead's head many years ago. I just use force to pull it out, and incinerated it with a lighter. lol!
