How to prepare shrimp tank when overseas

Hi all, want to start this thread to ask how do you guys prepare or do any precautionary measure for your precious shrimp tanks before going on a overseas trip? For probably about a week?

1 week without feeding is ok if you have lots of plants with biofilm for them as food.
If you are worried, can anyone help you to feed them? If yes, you can use those pill box and put the amount you want the person to help you feed your shrimps.
If not, you can actually throw in 1 or 2 ketapang leaves into the tank where the shrimps will eat when the leaves gets soft.

The ketapang leaves don we need to wash or treat first before throwing in?

when i went for holiday about 3wks, i got eheim auto feeder and set the timer to feed the shrimps. They were well when i got back.
