I recently set up a tank and bought this jebao canister. also I bought this co2 defuse reactor ( the one with 5 balls spinning inside) with I connect it to the outlet pipe, the reactor is not fill with water even it's totally submerched into water and the air inside keeps increasing and the balls are basically out of water so it weren't spinning. then I realise that the filter shoots bubbles that's y. does you guys have this problem?

Check your filter o-ring... isit air-tight?

You should check if the reactor is perfectly upright.
Some people take out one ball so the rest can spin...
maybe you pump too fast? or flowrate too weak?

Do you guys have a surface skimmer? If you draw too much water from the surface, the suction will cause bubbles to develop in the funnel and into the filter. It happened to me with my skimmer connected to Eheim 2213. Just reduce the suction from the surface.

agree with cbong. mi also have that problem b4 but later found it is due to the skimmer sucking in air.

if the o-ring is not air-tight, does the filter leak if it is not runnung?

yes, I have a surface skimmer. maybe I can try to work from there. the filter doesn't leak when it's off... I will also try to take out 1 ball from the reacter. thanks!

    also, I wonder if 66w lights for a 3ftx1.5x1.5 enough? 1fl and 1pl tube

in your case, you should defintely look into your inlet, if you have a skimmer, turn off the top suction and observe. But you need to remove the remaining air trapped in the cannister, so tilt/shake the cannister
