Cheap? Those culls? When you say blue guppies, are you talking about bluegrass guppy?
Cheapest for bluegrass is about $6-$10 a fish from lfs. There might be some breeders here with such strains.

Just head down to your nearest LFS. If they sell fancy guppies, you might find one with a little bit of blue.
It's about $0.50 to a dollar if I am not wrong.

Yeah, most are selling around 50cts to $1.20 per guppy, depending on colour.
SwordZ, u can go to the AQ homepage and look around, there is a section which contains the local fish shop directory...
There got some fish shop closed already like fun fish shop all gone sigh
Do not know any LFS in Bishan or Ang Mo Kio. Hougang, there's one near Heartland Mall; closer to the bowling alley. They do have fancy guppies.
If you don't mind going a bit further, Seaview (Seletar Farmway 2 near Jalan Kayu), Y618 and Aquastar.

Currently there's a type of sky blue (aquamarine) guppies for sale at Y618. Half body is blue. Around a dollar, I think. Caught my eye and found myself staring at them, hoping to find a few females.. No females though..
Guppy Galaxy (guppy farm) selling 2-3 different strains of aquamarine guppies. Very nice!
The few blue guppy strains - Moscow Blue (a few kinds of hues available depending on breeder, so you may want to ask for pics and then view), Albino Moscow Blue (dim lighting appears blue but greenish-blue under light; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNzns6RsBZQ), Japan Blue Mosaic (Guppy Galaxy farm), Albino Half Black Blue (looks like Albono Moscow Blue but stronger hue), etc. These strains are more for serious guppy-hobbyists..Their price range is higher from $10-$40/pair. There are more expensive ones depending on grade, with show-quality pairs being as expensive as hundred over.

Do keep us updated. I went to Y618 yesterday. The non-delta tail guppies are still available; usually guppies with no females for sale don't sell very well. Most guppy-lovers get pairs instead. Do pick those with better finnage, colouration and sturdy body proportion.

I got a question. Why when guppy breed, the Baby guppy is so different form their parent?
What do you mean by different..? In terms of colouration, yes. They are vastly different because it takes them a few months to develop the colour before they look anything like their parents. Same thing for their fin size. However, they should be very similar when you consider other genetic factors. This is of course given that you are breeding two genetically similar fish and not any random fish from the LFS comm tank.
