How to rid nymphs

Hi all,
I have a case of damselfly nymphs again. On and off I will see the nymph on the tank glass, they are quite easy to catch with a net. So far 3 caught but I guess there is more. Currently, my shrimps in breeder box. In the tank only ada soil, app, dw with fissiden and dw with Taiwan moss. Tank is running for 3 months.

Any idea are there fishes that can eat them? It's a 2 feet tank.

I can clear all the dw and it will make catching them easier but what do I do with the dw? I really do think they cling on the dw even when I take the dw out.
Any treatment can be done on the dw that's will not destroy my plant on it?
