How does apisto world hk ship their fish

Hi all, I was told by apisto world hk that they ship via ems and the fish will arrive the next day.. However I understand that when the shipment arrive, it will be handed over to singpost for local delivery and that they take around 2 days to process.. So can anyone pls explain to me how will this EMS service in hk ensure that my fish arrive the next day.. I am thinking of ordering some fish but am afraid the transit time will be too long and the poor fish will die.. Can anyone out there please help

You should ask them direct how do they pack their fishes and is there any refund if the fish DOA (Death on Arrival)
