crs/bds swimming round every week

Hi, I started keeping around 10 crs + bds around 4 months ago and they started breeding 2 weeks ago. now i have around 30 shrimps in my tank. I read up and saw that if my shrimps are swimming around the tank actively, they are doing the 'mating dance'. But all adult shrimps of mine seems to be swimming around actively for a day, then rest around 3 days. and get active again. any problem with this?

Active shrimps are better than listless shrimps right???
