Question about Discus

I know beef heart and blood worm is good for discus. But is there any other dry food that is good for discus which don't really pollute water?

Where can i find 4cm-5cm discus? i been a lot of LFS but I can't find those size.
i would prefer tiger turquoise, Red Spotted Discus

Any breeders selling 4to 5cm discus or slightly bigger do comment or contact me at 93209911?

imo, arowana is less demanding than discus, therefore more easier to keep and the price now is really rock bottom. good time to get 1

arowana can get really huge, and currently have no empty tank and space for new tank
