    Hi All,

    Just set up another aquascaping tank which i require comments from you guys. Below are the details.

    Tank size: 2.5ft x 15inch x 15inch
    Soil: ADA Amazonia
    Lighting: PL 55w x 2
    Foreground Plant: HC

    Mid ground Plant: Need advice
    Background Plant: Need advice
    Overall layout need advice

    overall layout lack of focus point, is the wood the focus point? if yes, it is too small. What is the theme of the scape?

    The focus point is the rock on the left hand side.

    The wood is probably new and it will float away from its position.

    The rock is a temporary measure to hold it in place till the wood is fully "cycled" and able to hold in place without assistance.

    That's right as per roger comments.

    No fauna at the moment. Only 10 pieces of malayan shrimp.

    Just change 40% water yesterday after seeing some algae. Hopefully, everything goes well.

    can I ask where you got the 2.5ft tank? I feel 2 ft is too small and 3 ft is just a bit big, so 2.5 is ideal!
