Went to Far East yesterday and saw a lfs(#04-7. Nothing much to offer except the tanks of black neon and guppies which look good to me. If u want a black neon, u can get it from them. One for $0.80.

CK, the black neon looks very big to me. Length about 3~4 cm. Maybe the rental is high since the shop is located in shopping centre.
anyone staying near tampines street 32, the lfs in the wet market (when stocks are in)will have pretty good black neons for 50cents.
