Firstly, why don't you check the Equipment forum, where discussions on lights are abundant.
On which tube is the best, I think you will find a different answer from nearly every individual. On the cheapest, the LFS should be the best source of such data. It doesn't hurt to call them to check, does it?
I don't believe in best deals. Apart from gross price, one has to factor in transport costs, time (the cheapest LFS may be one hour and $3 worth of MRT fare) from your home). Your fervour is admirable but I honestly won't bother to expend time and effort on this exercise.... there is something known as opportunity cost: meaning why spend an excessive amount of time on an endeavour when the same amount of time spent elsewhere can yield more gains?
Finally, please try to post using full spellings like "also" and "different" instead of oso and diff. This is an international forum, not a SMS or chat session with friends. The folks here are usually friendly and helpful, but it's nice if you can treat the forummers with due respect, and not talk to everybody as if they were juveniles (I mean in mentality, not physically - some kids are mature beyond their age).
