Think former is about creating ecosystem with plants where plants are the primary highlights, while for the latter, plants are just ornaments to the fishes. Planted tanks can further subdivided into French garden style and Nature aquarium style.
Should be Dutch garden style. Sorry.
I would prefer to categories Dutch or Nature or Taiwan Style as Aquascaping.
