pl tubes are normally connected to the ballast throught a connector and wires.
so to remove, just pull the pl tube from the connector.

can anyone please teach me how to remove the pl lamp from the ballast? i want to change the pink lamp to a white one and i don't want to bring the whole thing all the way to NA to change them.

nope.. sorry.. and do i just pull or do i have to do something else before pulling?

I think i know why you are having difficulty removing the Tube...
there is this black colour PL tube holder that is being screwed to the casing...
you must use a screwdriver and unscrew those screws...
then can you take out the Tube...
