Updates on the tank 50 days after installation.









This tank contains 3 species of frogs(1 specie of tree frog and 2 species of local aquatic frog), 40 vampire crabs, 3 pairs of sparkling gourami and 1 pair of celebes half beak.

The frogs are fed 20 crickets weekly. The crickets are being bred in house.

Flora includes nepthenes sp, Dwarf Japonica Kyoto, Bromeliads, Vietnam orchids, Cryptocoryne beckitii and cryptocoryne wenditti Tropica, nanas, E.tenellus, Dwarf lily, Christmas moss and emersed HC.

Misting is on thrice a day for 5 miniutes totalling 15 minutes via Mist King Basic Set with 4 nozzles.

Illumination is BEAMSWORK Reef Bright 3300 1 unit.

Substrate: ADA amazonia but they turn out to be not really suitable for the land plants. Borneo wild seems to be more suitable as I have also used them on a separate project at RP.

Filtration: sump.
