If you want to keep expensive shrimp like crs, you may only want to keep ottos to be safe. However, most small tetras and rasboras such as cardinals and harlequins are quite shrimp friendly.

Planning to keep cherry and blue shrimp. Is molly ok?

Otto seems to be quite disruptive when hyperactive.
I prefer mini corry. I have both now. Will probably move the otto once tank is cleaned

Molly with shrimp not ok for sure unless you have alot of hiding places. For algae crew in shrimp tank I prefer using nertile snail and red nose shrimp.

How about guppies? Rummy nose?

Both are too big thus not safe. If you really want fish plus shrimp try small fish. For instance boraras brigittae or better those surface fish like marble or silver hatchet (just need cover to prevent jumping).

Dont try tetra please. Lost few shrimplets
Trust me get mini cory.
My tank is now pods clean and worm clean. Shrimplets safe.

I have ottos, they are shrimp friendly. i had a gold tetra, just to prevent mosquito larva from spawning, so far nothing happened to my sakura shrimp, but not sure about shrimplet.

I am having cardinal tetra with my sakura shrimps. The cardinal will sometimes nip at the shrimps but maybe once a day. The real danger comes when the shrimp tries to swim to another part of the tank and the cardinal will try to chase and nip them. But the shrimps are always hiding in the java moss and my drift wood.

I think mine is habrosus.
Pattern wise. I will post pic later.
