    Hi,

I am new here but have been keeping fishes like guppies for about 10 years. Recent years, I am keeping angel fishes and begin to find them very graceful fishes and very beautiful.

Hope to know more angel fish keepers here!

Have you been to Green Chapter? They have some angelfish there, fry and breeding adults. I suppose it should be inspiring for someone who loves angelfish dearly. My favorite is the Altum and I hope to keep a school of them in the future.
Currently keeping large predatory fish 🐟

    Hi,
I have kept angels before but not in recent years. I like their smooth and graceful swimming style and also their occasional pecking at other fish.

I wouldn't mind having a go at keeping some Calico Angels, though, but don't seem to be able to find any which appeal to me. Those I've come across in local some lfs are not as colourful or are too plain for my liking.

I agree with you that most LFS angels are not as appealing as those of home breeders. LFS also do not have the more exortic angels besides AA.

Nice to know that you are keeping some wild scalares. Do you breed them?

Yes, sometimes excessive fishes I will trade with some food or sell them at a token for hobbylists to promote angelfish keeping.

    Thanks man...
Nice comm. btw your tank looks so deep, how big is it?
What is the better food to feed them? Looked like flakes.
I only feed tetra crumbs food so far.
You should create an angelfish special thread i think.
    Spread the love.

I took the video on the side view of my 422 tank. I feed them with sake hikari sinking pallets. The green colour packet one.

    Thank you for your encouragement.

Comparing to guppies, I agree that they poo much more and are bigger than plecos too. LOL.

More tanks for them to grow up. 2 - 3 breeding tanks will keep me busy every week.
