I guess these are dug from the grass lawns from around our HDB blocks. The moss is a bit yellow - not sure if it is the flash from camera. But cool idea! I am going to make a moss ball myself once I find sufficient moss to do so.

Oooh. That's a real interesting idea. How long term are they as terrariums? Do they dry out quickly/do you spray them regularly?

Interesting that you can find these yellow, orange moss. Because moss is normally green, what you have may be lichen instead. Because the texture of the moss is very fine and it doesn't have any fronds at all. What ever the case good luck with the terrarium.

    Re: Nur's Mini terrarium projects

Hi Mukyo, i'm guessing there is no real purpose in making these. I came across to mini terrariums online which are used for decorations, they used glass jars and etc. So i thought i'd just make some for fun. I'll upload the one which i used java moss soon. Thanks for your reply and be sure to check out my other thread on my frog tank
