    you could try hortnwort/watersprite
    ON a seperate (sorry) but related sidenote, does anyone know where to get watersprite? I got what i thought was water sprite, turned out to be water wisteria.

    Polyart usually has lots of water sprites.

    As an aside, another hardy floating plant you could try is Najas indica. It can grow either rooted or free-floating. Grows very well in my aquariums with minimal fuss. In fact, I have to prune it on a regular basis.

    You could also try water spangle (Salvinia molesta).
    Small is beautiful.

    Hmmm I bought from polyart but it turned out to be wisteria I think. Any idea how to differentiate. Mine doesnt seem to grow from a rhizome.

    Haha thanks. Shall attempt to find that in polyart then. I keep thinking the leaves at supposed to be very similar to water wisterias.
