this so call blue "emperor" tetra is well avaliable in singapore market.
You can drop by some LFS most probably you will see them.Getting their sky blue colouration out from sheen is the tricky part!!.if you have a liking for it maybe it possible to try the Nematobrycon Palmeri or the Nematobrycon lacortei.

3.1. They look very healthy, but somewhat conditioned. Interesting because considering that they are wild-caught, they responded rather quickly to a hand raised near the tank thinking that they were about to be fed. Hopefully its a sign of stability and not they are farm-bred. In any case, the farms might have had held on to the stock for sometime before releasing them into the market.(consoling myself :P ) Or maybe they are just hungry.
