I'm currently using fluval 305 for my 2 feet so far so good, it's silent though a bit of humming sound can be heard when there's a total silence. bad point is the outlet and inlet quite big and unsightly and cannot attach lily pipe. there will be 1 year warranty. price is cheaper than fluval 205 and 206 lol. you might want to go seaview and have a look.

for your tank i think 305 is ok. fluval 305 = to ehiem 2217 suitable for tank up to 3 feet. there are new model though and the flow rate is higher.

For fluval, I will go with FX5. I've not use Fluval cannisters before but base on reviews from folks who have used them, FX5 for cannister and their HOF is good too.

Anyway, teinsports are you from Singapore? You might want to place an ad in the Marketplace if you're selling anything.

    Cheers.

Depends on your tank setup and also the fish/fauna in it, maybe can tell us more details of your tank setup so can give more appropriate opinions

    Re: Fluval canisters

Anyway, I decided to go with an Atman cannister. Cheap and efficient. It's for a CRS tank that I'm starting, and toying with the idea of getting a second hand chiller but not too sure if I should get one. Room temperature in the day is about 28-29 deg, at night with my aircon on would be about 26deg.
