Hi bros, is it worth it to replace the faulty motor of my eheim 2217? If the price is almost similar to a new one, might as well just purchase a new one.

Is it just the impeller that's broken. or even with a known working impeller it refuses to spin? The cost of a new impeller plus shaft is like 20+ bucks if I remember right, I'm sure that's cheaper than getting a new one.

If its about same price to replace motor, I'll buy new set and keep faulty set to salvage spare parts
